By ordering goods from our webshop you agree to accept our terms and conditions listed below. Please take your time to read our terms and conditions before placing your order.
These terms apply to all use of www.karincarlander.dk and are addressed to private individuals only.
The conditions for sale do not relate to the conditions applied in a store that sells products by Karin Carlander. Danish law shall apply to any purchase made in the webshop. However, absolute national legislation may apply upon delivery outside of Denmark.
Karin Carlander reserves the right to change the prices, product specifications, availability of our products and our terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
HOW TO SHOP
After your purchase is complete, you will immediately receive an order confirmation.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and your order is not fulfilled until you receive a separate e-mail with your invoice and shipping information. Your card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

PAYMENT
All prices are shown in Euros. The prices on the website are inclusive added tax (VAT) within the EU. Shipping cost will be added at checkout.
We accept the following creditcards:
Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American ExpressThe amount will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship from the studio 2 times a week, and a standard shipping takes 2-5 working days, depending on your location. Unfortunately, we only ship to the countries listed below at the moment.

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and The United States of America.

Delivery to Denmark:
GLS or DAO
Standard delivery time 3-5 working days.
Christmas orders should be placed before December 18th.
Delivery outside Denmark:
UPS courier service
Standard delivery time: 3-6 working days
Christmas orders within EU should be placed before December 18th.
Orders outside EU should be placed in advance to accommodate possible customs delays.
RETURNS
You have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days, when you shop at www.karincarlander.dk.
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you initially received your purchase. Note: Christmas presents can be returned until 7 January 2019.
You must notify us via email within 14 days of receipt if you wish to withdraw your purchase. Please fill out the return form and send it to us at:

Please note that you cannot regret your purchase by denying receipt of the product.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and the relevant shipping cost (sending and return) will be invoiced to the customer.
The item should be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.
Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to the return must be paid by you.
When returning an item, you must pay the total cost of returning the item. Upon returning you are fully responsible for the item being wrapped securely to avoid damage while they are in transit.
The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the return address. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned therefore we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all items will be credited to the credit card used. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
CLAIMS
Please contact us if your purchased item has a defect or is an incorrect item.
You should inspect all goods you have received to ensure the delivery corresponds to the order, and that all items are undamaged.
If there are any issues with the order at the time of receiving, you should inform us without any delay, so we can correct the order. We ask you as detailed as possible to describe the problem. You are welcome to send photos.
You can make your claim within 24 months from time of delivery by addressing us at info@karincarlander.dk
If your complaint is legitimate, we will refund your purchase and reasonable freight costs. If the claim is not valid you will pay the delivery costs yourself as well as the cost of re-delivery to you.

Remember that the goods always must be sent in secure packaging and to get a receipt of mailing. Save this receipt including information on freight cost as well as any track and trace number.

Linen is a natural material that changes structure when washed and with use. We see this as a part of the materials beauty, and not as a defect. We do not take responsibility for the material’s natural ways. We cannot be held responsible for misuse or for products that are not washed or taken care of according to our instructions. Please read our wash and care instructions carefully before use.
Images of products are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual products you receive may differ slightly from the image displayed on our website.
We cannot guarantee that all the items at the www.karincarlander.dk webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In case the item you have purchased is out of stock we will contact you by phone or e-mail. We cannot warrant that the content of www.karincarlander.dk is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries in case of force majeure, that being bigger incidents like natural disasters, war etc.
We may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range.

Textile v/Karin Carlander has all the design rights of the “Textile No.” products shown on the website, unless any other information is noted. Any production, marketing or sale of copies of the products is considered a violation of Textile v/Karin Carlanders intellectual property rights.
The copyright for texts and images provided on this website belongs to Textile v/Karin Carlander. Images can be used with proper references to the photographer and Karin Carlander.
